Three ways to buy support. One number to call.

Most businesses need one of three things. Some want their IT handled — the laptops, the email, the licences, the backups — for a monthly fee, without hiring anyone. Some just want a technician when something's broken, with no contract attached. And businesses with meeting rooms, signage, networks or automation we installed want it monitored and maintained, rather than waiting for a fault to announce itself in front of a client. We do all three. Take one or take the lot: it's one agreement, one asset register and one number that reaches someone who already knows your building. It's the unglamorous work of keeping a business running, done properly.

What goes into it

All commercial services
  • Managed IT

Your IT department without the hire. A helpdesk your staff can actually reach, computers and phones set up and kept patched, new starters onboarded and leavers switched off the same day, and a monthly report of what we did and what's coming up. A flat monthly fee, agreed in writing.

  • Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Licensing bought and managed through us, so you pay for the seats you use and nothing else. Mail, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive — or Gmail and Drive — set up with multi-factor authentication on from day one. Migrations from whatever you're on now, planned so nobody loses a day's email.

  • Ad Hoc IT Support

No contract, no minimum. A laptop that won't start, a printer that's stopped talking to anything, Wi-Fi that drops in one corner of the office. Call, we sort it — remotely first, on site when it needs hands. Bring your own devices and we'll get them working with everything else.

  • Backup & Recovery

Files, mailboxes and cloud data backed up somewhere other than where they live, and tested by actually restoring them — not by looking at a green tick. When someone deletes the wrong folder or a laptop walks out the door, the question is how fast, not whether.

  • Devices, Accounts & Access

Laptops and phones enrolled so they can be updated, locked or wiped from a distance. Accounts with multi-factor authentication, passwords in a manager rather than a spreadsheet, and access that ends the day someone leaves. The basics that stop most problems, done every time rather than eventually.

  • Systems Monitoring

The meeting rooms, signage, network gear and control systems we installed, watched from our end so a room that's gone down gets noticed before anyone walks into it. Firmware kept current, logs read for the early warning signs, faults raised before they're reported.

  • Scheduled Maintenance & Lifecycle

Site visits on a recurring schedule to check, clean and inspect, not only after something fails. Every piece of equipment logged against its install date and expected life, so you can see what's approaching end of life and budget for it, instead of finding out on a Monday morning.

  • One Agreement, One Number

Whether you take one of these or all of them, there's one agreement with the scope and the response commitment written down before anything breaks, one asset register across every site you run, and one number that reaches someone who already knows what's installed.

One number for everything in the building.

Tell us what you run and what's giving you grief. We'll scope the agreement — or just send someone.
