Video Conferencing
Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms on hardware from Poly, Logitech, Yealink or Crestron Flex — whichever suits the room and your budget. Native to your platform, so the meeting on the calendar shows up on the panel and joins with a tap.
Hybrid & BYOD
Remote people see and hear the room properly, and the room sees them — not a laptop propped at one end. When someone wants their own machine to run the call, one cable hands them the room's camera, mics and screen.
Room Booking & Scheduling
A panel outside the door showing whether the room's free, booked or running over, tied to the same calendar your people already book through. Grab a room on the spot, or release one that nobody turned up to.
Telephony Integration
Your phone platform stays your phone platform — Teams Phone, 3CX, whatever the business runs. We make the rooms and devices work with it, so a call can be dialled from the room panel or pulled into the meeting. We don't supply phone systems.
Standardised Rooms Across Sites
One room design, repeated. The same panel, the same button, the same behaviour in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie, so staff who travel between sites never have to relearn a room — and one set of documentation covers the lot.
